Your massage appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Your stored credit card will not be charged otherwise.

We are unable to process any missed appointment fees through direct billing.

Essential oils may be offered complimentary during your treatment at the therapist’s discretion. As not all therapists are trained in the use of essential oils and some may have sensitivities or allergies, their use is not available with every treatment or therapist. If you would like essential oils included in your treatment, please ask your therapist and they will be happy to discuss the options with you

If you prefer a silent treatment, please let us know when booking or include your request in the notes section when booking online.

By booking an appointment through our online portal, you consent to our cancellation policy and authorize any applicable charges to your stored credit card in the event of a no-show or late cancellation
