Your massage appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. Your stored credit card will not be charged otherwise.
We are unable to process any missed appointment fees through direct billing.
By booking an appointment through our online portal, you consent to our cancellation policy and authorize any applicable charges to your stored credit card in the event of a no-show or late cancellation
